Certificate of Compliance with Regulatory Acts, do I need it?
Get it here. In most cases, a certificate of compliance with the Regulatory Acts applicable to the vehicle is requiredin order to register it.
This certificate is required to register vehicles without a national or European type-approval number, or vehicles coming from third countries, as well as vehicles that, despite having type-approval, have undergone some modification or alteration of their original condition.
The certificate is issued in compliance with the regulatory acts at the date of manufacture of the vehicle. Check with your ITV or laboratory if this is what you need before issuing the certificate.
What is the difference between a Certificate of Conformity (COC) and a Certificate of Regulatory Acts?
They are different documents. The certificate of regulatory acts lists the regulations applicable to the vehicle at the time of manufacture. While the COC details the technical characteristics of the vehicle.
How long does it take?
We send it within 2 weeks. It is sent in PDF format and can be forwarded to the laboratory that performs the homologation or to the ITV.
